The CELTA certification through LSC Toronto is well worth the challenge and the investment! The CELTA Administrator and Tutor, Simon Leclerc, is a highly proficient teacher/tutor and mentor. Simon\'s academic and DELTA teaching experience brings a wealth of professional knowledge to his trainees. It takes a particular balance of skill, experience, professionalism, and mentoring, to guide a group of trainees to the their potential in the demanding Cambridge CELTA one-month certification program. Simon Leclerc has these balanced attributes and delivers 110% to his trainees everyday in the classroom. The feedback given on teaching practicum lessons was detailed and invaluable, both from Simon and Mary - the assisting tutor during my course. Toronto LSC is very lucky to have Simon\'s direction of the CELTA program indeed. The instruction of the lesson planning process was delivered in a very concise, and well-developed format - and with extensive written guidance for consistent excellence in lesson-planning. Whether you already have ELT experience, or whether you\'re new to the practice of English Language Teaching...I cannot recommend more highly, the excellence in teaching standards of Simon Leclerc and the staff of the Toronto LSC for your Cambridge CELTA certification!
